CLISSOLD - ONE YEAR
ON.....
The anniversary of the closure
of Clissold Leisure Centre will be reached at the end of
November. There's a lot of media coverage at
present because this coincides with the 10 year anniversary of the
lottery. Clissold Leisure Centre cost £32 million to build instead of the
original £7.5 million and was open for just 20 months. £10 million was
provided by the lottery
fund.
